We have 2 options for Food Sensitivity Testing, IgG and IgE.

• IgE tests for food allergies. An allergy is an immediate reaction after being introduced to a food. These reactions can be mild or severe in nature, so learning if you have any food allergies is important.

• IgG tests for food sensitivities. These are slower immune reactions that may take days after consuming a food to show symptoms, usually mild in nature. Most people already know if they have an allergy, but few know of their sensitivities. This could be a food you commonly eat, that you don't know is actually damaging the body.
