Each kit comes with an entire program of information about the products and how to use them. They also come with loads of health information to help you achieve your health goals. Some even have resources like shopping lists and recipes to help improve your daily diet.

Many of the individual supplements are similar between all 3 and are sometimes just based on preference or need. Blueprint goes a step further and has a number of supplements that combine several supplements that work well together to achieve the same goal. Instead of buying each individual supplement and taking each every day, you can buy one that combines them to reduce your supplement intake to one.

Arrivals will vary based on availability. Expect most orders to fully arrive within 3-7 business days. Some are made to order, as they don't contain any preservatives, so products may arrive in separate boxes and times.

We have a Wellness Survey, a Home Testing Kit available for download, and we even teach you how to self test organs and products for need. The recommendations you will find in the membership videos are based on the experience of the doctor as well as a consensus in the Applied Kinesiology and Functional Medicine Community. There isn't such a thing as a one size fits all, however, 90% of the population will see results just based on the recommendations in the videos.
